Launched in April 2025, this version features a modern, intuitive interface and delivers HR tools including real-time payslip retrieval, leave requests, attendance tracking, and full‑and‑final settlement details such as gratuity, provident fund, pension, and privilege leave encashment
Retired employees who left after April 1, 2021 can also view terminal benefits via the “Pension Management” section
PNB HRMS 2.0 centralizes HR processes, removing the need for branch visits by offering everything from salary slip downloads to personal information updates and training notifications. Both Android and iOS users can install the app via Google Play or the App Store, enabling easy access for all employees
